About Us

Welcome to Full Spectrum Solutions In-Home & Community Supports

We are a small, local, family run Disability and Mental Health organisation and we want to bring quality support to people in regional and rural areas of Victoria.

Our focus is about providing empowering, tailored, inclusive support to people with disabilities and mental illness. My partner Farai and I have both been working in Disability and Mental Health since 2013. We have extensive experience and qualifications in Disability, Community Services, Aged Care, Traffic Accident Commission (TAC Case Management), and Psychology. We have both worked in a wide range of roles, with an array of different people and abilities.

Our support staff are highly qualified, passionate, and genuine in their approach to your care. We know that each person is different and that their support needs should reflect this. At Full Spectrum Solutions we focus on a person-centered and strength-based approach to caring for our clients and their families.

As a team, we help to provide client choice and control, we advocate for the rights of the people we support and we draw on a trauma informed approach to care. We help to implement your NDIS Plan and help to coordinate with you and your supports.

What is the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
and what does it mean for my needs?

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides funded support to people with disabilities or mental illness and their families.

This comes in the form of a person’s NDIS plan. All registered providers must follow the NDIS guidelines, code of conduct, policies and procedures.

This helps registered providers to ensure they are providing the highest level of care in order to maintain that registration. All registered providers are regularly audited by NDIS to help maintain quality support.

As a registered provider, we are responsible for reporting any concerns to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (NDIS Commission).

The NDIS and NDIS Commission are the governing bodies for Disability Support in Australia. All NDIS registered providers must abide by the NDIS standards for support. If you wish to make a complaint, please click the below link:
