We want to hear from you
Welcome to Full Spectrum Solutions In-Home & Community Supports
We would like to acknowledge the local Wathaurang and Wadawarrung people as the traditional custodians of the land that we stand today. We wish to acknowledge all the First Nations peoples of the Kulin Nation. We pay respects to their Elders, past, present and emerging. We extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples here today.
Similarly, we welcome and encourage all peoples from the
LGBTQA+ Community in the hopes of working with you and your support network. We believe in a diverse and inclusive place of work and support for all staff and clients at
Full Spectrum Solutions.
What types of supports do we offer?
What Supports Do We Offer?
At Full Spectrum Solutions, we’re a small, family-run, NDIS-registered provider offering disability, mental health, and positive ageing supports across Geelong, the Bellarine Peninsula, Surf Coast, and Regional Victoria.
We provide a "full spectrum" of supports — flexible, person-centred, and designed around your goals, routines, and lifestyle.
☕ How We Work:
We start by meeting you where you feel most comfortable — often over a coffee and a friendly chat. You’re always welcome to bring a support person along if that helps you feel more relaxed.
If you’re further away, we offer telehealth appointments via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or over the phone — our version of a long-distance coffee catch-up.
We understand the challenges faced by people in regional and rural areas who often miss out on consistent supports. That’s why we’re committed to reaching those communities and providing quality care wherever you are.
Our team has strong local knowledge of services and supports in your area, and we work with other providers to help you get the most out of your NDIS plan and funding.
