What types of supports is on offer?
Full Spectrum Solutions, are a family-run, NDIS-registered provider offering disability, mental health, and positive ageing supports across Geelong, expanding to the Bellarine Peninsula, the Surf Coast, and Regional Victoria.
We provide a “full spectrum” of supports — flexible, person-centred, and tailored around your goals, routines, and lifestyle. We know how hard it can be to find ongoing, genuine, consistent support — we have family who are NDIS participants too, so we understand the struggles first-hand.
☕ How We Work:
We start by meeting you where you feel most comfortable — often over a coffee and a friendly chat. You’re always welcome to bring a support person along if that helps you feel more relaxed.
If you’re further away, we offer telehealth appointments via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or over the phone — our version of a long-distance coffee catch-up.
We know that people in regional and rural communities often miss out on consistent supports. That’s why we’re committed to travelling where we’re needed and providing reliable, quality care — not just once, but ongoing.
Our team has strong local knowledge of community services, health networks, and providers in your area. We collaborate with our local network of trusted partners to help you get the most out of your NDIS plan and funding.
🌈 Our Services:
🏠 Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Flexible in-home supports that help participants live with greater independence, confidence, and safety.
🛏️ Respite (STR & MTA)
Short-term and medium-term accommodation for participants aged 7–65 years, available at our warm and welcoming Belmont respite home with 24/7 support. All of our Respite services are provided at 1:1 ratio.
🚐 Accessible Transport
Our modified vehicles cater for wheelchairs, walkers, mobility aids, and small groups — making community access easier, safer, and more enjoyable.
🤝 Community-Based Programs
Individualised supports designed to build daily living skills, independence, confidence, and meaningful community connection.
🎉 Social & Recreational Activities
Small-group activities such as BBQs at the You Yangs, day trips to Lorne, Melbourne shopping adventures, local events, and more.
👥 Group Day Programs (9am – 3pm)
Structured, community-based programs with flexible support ratios (1:1, 2:1, or 3:1) — with transport available upon request.

Home Care and Community
We provide different types of supports to help you to maintain your lifestyle as well as helping you to build confidence in the community too. Servicing Geelong and Regional areas.
These include:
- Supported Independent Living (SIL)
- Respite (Short Term Accommodation (STA))
- In-Home supports (private home support)
- Community-based programs that are tailored to the individual (ratio's 1:1, 2:1, 3:1)
- Modified vehicle available for Participants with wheelchairs, but also for small groups to access the community in style
- Weekly and weekend social engagement activities for small groups (BBQ at the You Yangs, Day Trips to Lorne, shopping in Melbourne, etc).
